No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Condions before the reservaon is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
Yes, you may as long as there is still room left. You will be responsible for making the payment deadline regardless of when you made the reservation.
Yes. A nominal non-refundable research fee is charged. This fee is separate from the total trip cost and must be paid prior to beginning any research, booking, or additional consulting services. The Design and Research Fee includes the following services: custom itinerary, flights, hotels, excursions, and support before and during travel. With each Research, Planning and Design Fee, the client will receive three (3) proposals for the same destination and desired travel dates.

I am licensed and bonded and, affiliated with two of the largest and most celebrated networks of professional travel agents, Travel Leaders Network and, ASTA (American Society Of Travel Agents).
