No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before the reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Yes, there are, we do not book Disney Vacations. Additionally, we don’t work with companies or properties that don’t collaborate directly with travel agents, such as rental platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and HomeAway.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make your dream trip more affordable. However, depending on how close you book your trip to the departure date, you may need to pay in full. We recommend booking early to spread your payments out and take advantage of our payment plans.
Yes. A nominal non-refundable research fee is charged. This fee is separate from the total trip cost and must be paid prior to beginning any research, booking, or additional consulting services. The Design and Research Fee includes the following services: custom itinerary, flights, hotels, excursions, and support before and during travel. With each Research, Planning and Design Fee, the client will receive three (3) proposals for the same destination and desired travel dates.

I am licensed and bonded and, affiliated with two of the largest and most celebrated networks of professional travel agents, Travel Leaders Network and, ASTA (American Society Of Travel Agents). These affiliations allow me to offer exemplary service to my clients as well as work with reputable tour and package companies that support the travel agent community.
